§ 13. Indemnity.

Grantee shall fully indemnify, defend and save harmless the county, its officers, boards, commissions, agents and employees against any and all claims, suits, actions, liability and judgments for damage to persons or property including, without limitation, damages, direct or indirect or arising by subrogation, the installation, operation or maintenance by grantee of a cable television system whether or not any act or omission complained of is authorized, allowed or prohibited by this ordinance. Grantee shall pay all expenses, including attorneys' fees, incurred by the county in defending itself with regard to all such claims, suits or actions, liability and judgments.
