At the request of the county, each subscriber who subscribes to any CATV service in addition to the regular subscriber service (basic service) shall receive without cost from ATMC at least monthly a definitive calendar of programs/events broadcast for each tier or premium channel subscribed to for the purpose of informing the subscriber of program availability and assisting the subscriber in program selection. An on screen program guide channel would fulfill this requirement.
