§ 18. Rates.

ATMC may charge subscribers who receive its CATV service a fixed charge in accordance with the schedule of rates and charges which must be available for public inspection during normal business hours at ATMC's office. Nothing in this section shall prohibit the reduction or waving of charges in conjunction with promotional campaigns.

Deposits. Deposits shall be promptly and appropriately credited or returned to subscribers upon termination of service.
