ATMC shall furnish reasonable, adequate, and efficient CATV service to its subscribers,
and shall maintain its system in reasonable repair and working order at all times.
All CATV system installations shall conform as a minimum to the National Electrical
Code, the National Electrical Safety Code, and the North Carolina State Building Code
insofar as they relate to construction, operation, and maintenance of CATV systems.
ATMC shall comply with and provide service in accordance with all applicable federal,
state, and local laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations, and all state and local
building codes as they pertain to the construction, operation, and maintenance of
a CATV system.
ATMC shall at all times keep and maintain a proper, sufficient, and adequate inventory
of maintenance and repair parts for the CATV system to assure continuity of service
of that system to its subscribers on a prompt and efficient basis and without being
subjected to undue delays by having to obtain parts and equipment from distant points.
ATMC shall keep available at all time maintenance and repair crews in sufficient number
and capability as may be necessary and sufficient to give prompt, capable and reasonable
maintenance and repair service to its CATV system in accordance with good engineering
practices.
