CPC shall use due diligence to obtain and retain all necessary permits and authorizations which may be required in the conduct of its business, including without limitation utilities, joint use agreements; all construction permits required by county; easements; microwave radio license and authorization or permits from appropriate agencies; and any other permit or license required by law.
