§ 14. Compliance with law.

BLP shall at all times comply with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. In the event the Federal Communications Commission amends its rules or regulations to require the inclusions of additional provisions in this ordinance or the deletion of existing provisions or modifications of existing provisions; then this ordinance shall be appropriately amended. BLP and county shall likewise amend this franchise as needed to comply with any other changes in state or federal law.
