§ 29. Litigation.

  • To the extent that grantee is found at fault in any litigation regarding this ordinance, the grantee shall reimburse the county for the cost of any litigation incurred by the county to enforce this ordinance or the franchise granted pursuant hereto, or in relation to the termination of the franchise. Such costs shall include but not be limited to filing fees, costs of depositions, discovery, and expert witnesses, all other expenses of suit, and reasonable attorney's fees.
