§ 1-12-16. Levied.

There is hereby imposed and levied within the county, the one (1) percent local sales and use tax authorized by G.S. 105-466(b). The tax hereby imposed and levied shall apply to the same extent and subject to the same limitations as set forth in G.S. 105-467 and 105-468.
