§ 1-13-561. Connection required—Proximity to county utility line.

Connection shall be required, as described below, and shall apply to all developed and/or improved properties being within two hundred (200) feet of the road right-of-way, as defined in the Utility Policy (AP-98001) in section 3.C, containing a water line or sewer collection line owned and/or operated by the county, and shall be provided for each and every single-family residential dwelling meeting the criteria described below, individually and separately (one connection for each single-family residential dwelling), unless applicable exceptions apply as described by this article.
