§ 1-2-91. Order of business.

  • At regular meetings, the board shall proceed to business in the following order:

    (1)

    Invocation/Pledge of Allegiance.

    (2)

    Approval of the agenda.

    (3)

    Public comments.

    (4)

    Approval of the consent agenda.

    (5)

    Presentations.

    (6)

    Public hearings.

    (7)

    Administrative reports.

    (8)

    Board appointments.

    (10)

    Other business/informal discussion.

    Without objection, the chair may call items in any order most convenient for the dispatch of business.
