§ 6. Rates.

CPC shall charge a uniform rate within its service area; provided, however, that the rate structure used will make provision for a certain amount of flexibility to take care of and compensate for whatever changes take place in regard to the service itself. Nothing contained herein shall prevent CPC from being able to adjust the rates as needed. Estimated initial charges are as follows:

Periodic charges
Basic video service—$11.50 per month; with expected maximum charge of $12.50 per month.

Premium paid TV—Initial minimum monthly charge estimated at $8.50; maximum estimated charge $11.50 per month.

Additional video outlets—$2.00 each per month.

FM outlets—$2.00 each per month.

Nonrecurring charges
Installation of basic service—$25.00.

Installation of additional video outlets—$7.50.

Installation of FM outlets—$7.50 each.

Installation of premium paid TV—$10.00.
