It shall be unlawful for any person to hunt foxes with dogs in Brunswick County during
the months of April, May, June, July, and August. Provided, however, this act [sections 2-3-4 and 2-3-5] shall not apply to that part of Brunswick County which lies south of the intra-coastal
waterway.
